He and I were in the same Regis class for four years. He was sweet-natured, strongly intelligent, and unprepossessing. His family must take comfort in his being a good, kind, and generous man. God bless you, Jim!

Condolences to the Toolan family from a
fellow son of Regis.
He was helpful to many even in times of
personal crisis.
May memories of him bring comfort to all of you.

Dr Toolan was known for zeroing into a problem quickly. He was always thoughtful of my children. I used to send him my clients that needed his evaluations, and at times I needed him too. Our Golden Retrievers came from the same line. He helped me find a good breeder. You cannot know him without awe and love. He had both from me. To Dr. Toolan's family ~ I remember fondly the days working with him at UCS ~ he was a kind man who, although usually very busy, always had time for a chat. May you find peace with the many memories you've shared. You are in my prayers.
