Dear Carol and Family,
We are saddened to hear of Mike's passing. We will always remember Mike as a loving and caring individual who always had a smile to help brighten your day no matter how poorly he may have personally been feeling. Please accept our sincerest condolences for your loss. We have many happy memories of Mike during the time we spent together as neighbors, and during his many visits to our pizzeria. In fighting a brave battle with his illness he showed us all how to face life with dignity and integrity. God bless him and all of you at this time of sorrow.
With much love and sympathy,
Chris and Diane Marsella

I will never forget his laugh that shook him head to toe and the way he loved and cherished my children, his Godchildren. I always knew my kids would be safe from everything with him and Carol in their lives. I only regret that we drifted apart. He will live in my and my children's hearts forever. Until we meet again, peace be with you Mike. Carol, may you find peace in the wonderful memories.

Mike was one of the finest human beings I have ever known. There was something about him the first time I met him is the Marsella's pizza shop in 1995. Although we are not kin, we built a rapport and closeness that I trust only with people who are considered family.
There wasn't anything Mike wouldn't do for us. The memories are flooding back to us as we sit and reminisce. Trips, outings, events, and the meals. We could always find something to discuss. He could come across gruff, but we knew he had a teddy bear deep down inside him.
We miss you so very much Mikey Bear!! We love you,
Mike, Matthew, and Amanda

In Memory of My Special Big Brother Michael
Mike you may have been taken from me physically,
But in my heart I know where you are at
You're still here in my heart and mind,
Still making me laugh cause your stories and jokes live on
I miss you so very much, and my tears I cannot hide. ..
An a cure was not to be
With a tearful eye we watched you suffer,
And saw you fade away,
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay
Our creator saw you were getting tired
So he or she put their arms around you,
And whispered..Come with me
When I am sad and missing you, your sense of humor, wise cracking jokes and laughter will make me smile!
We will always have a bond. We will never part
I love you!
