I met Phil in the early 70's on CB radio when his handle was the FOUL OWL. We shared many a funny moment back then. His sense of humor was unmatched and we enjoyed in his camaraderie. We reconnected years later at both GE and Martin Marietta/General Dynamics. Condolences to his family and prayers offered.
