Richard Hubbard Obituary
Born July 29th 1934, the son of the late Lawrence & Dorthy McNeil Hubbard. He was the oldest of 9 children.
He worked for many years in the Plastic Injection Molding Industry. After retiring he took a part time job at Big Y Supermarket in Pittsfield retiring in 2012 because of failing health. He was a hunter and a fisherman extraordinaire.
He is survived by the love of his life, Georgia L. Pletzer Hubbard. They were married on April 8th 1951 in Canaan, NY
He is survived by his five children: Richard (Pat), Dennis (Janet), Lynn-Kelly Meranski (Mike), Michael Hubbard, Lori Smith (Frank). Nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
SERVICES: A private service was held at Dery's Funeral Home Pittsfield, MA on Wed, Nov. 1st 2017. A luncheon was held at Zucchinis following the service.
The Hubbard Family would like to to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff on the 4th floor Telemetry Unit.

Condolences to the family for the loss of your Husband and Father. My father worked for Mckenzie Plastics for many years as well, and I also for a couple of summers. Dick was always a hard worker and often had a fishing story or two to tell. Lynn, sorry for your loss.
