My Grandfather was a wonderful man and words cannot describe how much he will be missed. He's a big part of who I am today and even though I may be a little lost right now I still feel how much he loved me and that let's me move forward everyday. He loved his family and we all hope we will continue to make him proud. To my family, I just want you all to know I love you and we will all make it through this one day at a time. To all the friends that have shared their condolences and memories and checked in on us, thank you. There aren't words to tell you all how much we appreciate everything you have done and said. Last and certainly not the least, to my Gramps, I love you and miss you so much. I think about you everyday, and I can only hope that I keep making you proud. I will always be "your rose between the thorns."

Dad
It's only been 4 days since you passed, and I still can't imagine this life on earth without you. I knew you were failing, but I guess I still thought you would live forever. I know Jackie must be so happy that you are with her now. I hope you are both free from pain and sorrow. I am so glad I spent so much time with you this past month. I knew I was loved, and I know that you knew you were too! Rest in peace Dad, you will be with me always.
Love Deb

Nelda, Donna, Debbie, Ricky and Kurt,
Words cannot begin to express our sadness at Dick's passing. As much as our hearts are aching, we know that it is nothing in comparison to what you are all feeling at this moment.
As the pain of the next few days begins to fade we pray that you will find yourselves bathed in the memories of his love and devotion to each and every one of you.
Please know that today and every day you are in our hearts and prayers.
