Steve and Alice--We never knew Cliff but we know he was blessed to have special people like you in his life. He was so very much loved and appreciated. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this time of great loss.

So sorry to learn of Cliff's passing. I have many memories of spending a lot of night shifts at the Butte MPC Dispatch Center with Cliff, trying to keep the voltage under control while the Colstrip 3 & 4 units were first on line, without the 500kv lines in service yet. We survived, but I think it took a few years off our lives.
