Annetta McFadden (Gardiner) Just

December 21, 1925 - May 10, 2025

Annetta McFadden (Gardiner) Just, age 99, departed her earthly home on May 10, 2025 at a Rapid City, SD, hospice facility.

Annetta was born December 21, 1925, at Mercer, ND, and graduated from Mercer HS in May, 1943; She married V.R. 'Curly' Just in 1946 following his return from WWII; The couple raised three children at Turtle Lake, ND, and lived in several area communities over the years, including Turtle Lake, Jamestown, Hazen, Bismarck and Eureka, SD; Following many years of retirement at Bismarck, Annetta moved to Rapid City in 2023.

Kirk Funeral Home, Rapid City, is in charge of arrangements; A Celebration of Life will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Bismarck at 2 p.m., Saturday, September 20, 2025; A private interment will take place at the Mercer Hillside Cemetery at some later date; View more information, as well as the online guestbook, at kirkfuneralhome.com; In lieu of flowers please consider donations to Annetta's memorial fund; Such funds will be earmarked for the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Youth Program and the Mercer Hillside Cemetery Fund.
