TO THE CLAYMORE FAMILY

MY PRAYER GO OUT TO ALL TODAY, AS THEY LAY LUREE AND HER BROTHER DOWN TO REST. I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH AT THIS TIME AND JUST BE STRONG IN HEART AND MIND AND LET LORD INTO YOUR HEARTS. IT IS ESPECIALLY HARD FOR THE BABIES TO THINK AND WONDER WHY MOM HASN'T BEEN HOME FROM WORK AND WHERE IS SHE. BUT LET THEM KNOW THAT SHE IS NOT FAR FROM THEM AND THAT SHE WILL ALWAYS BE WITH THEM AND WATCH OVER THEM. I KNOW IT WOULD BE HARD FOR GROWN UPS TO TALK ABOUT IT, BUT PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THE BABIES AND DO TALK ABOUT THEIR MOM.

I MET LUREE ONCE WHEN SHE AND MY DAUGHTER, YVETTE STOPPED IN AT THE HOUSE TO USE THE PHONE. AND I FOUND HER TO BE A PERSON OF LAUGHER AND TOOK TO HER RIGHT AWAY. MY DAUGHTER ALWAYS TALKED ABOUT LUREE, THEY WENT TO ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL TOGETHER. AND THEY ALWAYS KEPT TRACK OF EACH OTHER AS THEY GOT OLDER. I KNOW THAT YVETTE IS REALLY GOING TO MISS LUREE. AND WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HER IN OUR PRAYERS.
BE STRONG.

I remember Clay Charles when he was in Headstart when I worked at Standing Rock. He was the cutest little boy, I remember his little sweet face. His dad was a close friend with my big brother Loring "Buck" Rush. His mother was a close friend of mine. My prayers go to the family and his children.
