Gary Leo Puppe, 78, Bismarck, died April 25, 2021, due to complications from COVID-19. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 30, at the North Dakota Veteran Cemetery, Mandan. Masks are required. There is a guest limit of 60 in the cemetery chapel.
