Dwight Morgan Obituary

SALUDA, NC – Dwight Piercy Morgan, 74, of Saluda, NC passed away Friday afternoon, August 18, 2017 following a period of declining health.
Born in Henderson County, NC, he was the son of Teddy and Agnes Morgan. Mr. Morgan was a dress designer for many years having worked for Ruth Originals in Hendersonville and Butte Knit in Spartanburg. In his later years he was a caregiver. Mr. Morgan attended Tracy Grove Baptist Church in Hendersonville.
Surviving is one sister, Patricia M. Cabe of Franklin, NC; two brothers, Paul Morgan (Shirley) of Hendersonville, NC and George P. Morgan of Saluda, NC. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 5, 2017 in Shepherd Memorial Park, Hendersonville, NC with Rev. Randy Lucas officiating.
Memorials may be made to Hospice House Foundation of WNC, 272 Maple Street, Franklin, NC 28734 or Four Seasons Hospice, 571 S. Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
