Albert Santamaria Obituary

A World War II U.S. Army Veteran and resident of Lowell since 1949, died unexpectedly, November 7th, at the Lowell General Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Violet (Kundicz) Santamaria of Lowell. Father of John D. and Debra Santamaria of Stoneham; and Carl J. and Virginia Santamaria of Dracut; and Charlotte and Whitman Browne III of Holbrook. Grandfather of Adam J. Santamaria of Stoneham; and Laura A. Santamaria of Dracut. Among his many nieces and nephews are: Paula and Franklin Jeffrey of Revere and Robert and Ellen Santamaria of Peabody; also two cousins; Genevieve Rowell of Hyde Park and Paul Nardone of Chelsea. Friends may call on Monday from 4 to 8 PM at the Mahoney Funeral Home, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38), LOWELL. His Funeral Mass to be offered Tuesday at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church, Lowell. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Lowell General Hospital; Cancer Care Endowment Fund; 295 Varnum Avenue; Lowell, MA 01854.
