ALEXANDER FLEMING

FLEMING, Alexander (Bob) Age 80, a lifelong resident of Wilmington, MA passed away on February 10, 2021. Bob was the son of the late James & Sally (Cassidy) Fleming. Loving husband of 48 years to Margaret (Manley) Fleming, devoted father of Robert Fleming & his wife Kimra of Melrose, MA and David Fleming & his wife Bethany of Lake Arrowhead, CA. Loving grandfather to Sophia & Addison Fleming. Dear brother of Sally Gallagher & her husband Richard of South Carolina, the late Ann MacDonald, James and Donald Fleming, brother-in-law of Mary Fleming of Lowell, MA, James Manley, Mark Manley & his wife Kathy. Bob is survived by his loving niece Maureen Mann & her husband Dewey, who assisted him in his final months of his two year cancer battle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. Bob was an U. S. Army veteran and thirty year employee of the US Department of Defense. Visiting Hours: Family and friends will gather for Visiting Hours at the Nichols Funeral Home, 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), WILMINGTON, MA, on Monday, February 15th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, followed by a Service at 12:00 noon. Masks are required to be worn while in the Funeral Home.
