Alice enjoyed gardening, bridge and golf with her many friends at Lake Winnipesauke in the summer and Naples Florida in the winter, including her dear friend Jean Melone. Alice most enjoyed time with her family and friends up at the lake filled with games, laughter and the 12 bells of Christmas. Everyone was welcome in her home where she entertained frequently. It has often been said "if you can't feel comfortable in Alice's house, then you can't feel comfortable anywhere." Her love of great food, storytelling and laughter made the dinner table the highlight of the day for everyone. And so often that table was shared with those that exhibited similar qualities, those of friendship, honesty and loyalty. She will always be remembered for her quick wit and that twinkle in her eye.
