Tony was a wonderful man, he taught me how to drive his speed boat and I was 12 years old, him and my father Charlie were good friends, in later years taught me how to cook, I also worked at polcaris restaurant. He showed how to make his signature dish Shrimp Scampi. It made the Restaurant famous in the 60s and 70s. He was the executive chef for many years there. Always a great guy to work for.
