Dear Mr. Reed:
I will always cherish the wonderful memories I have of you at the Office of Reed, O'Reilly & Brett. I was just a kid out of secretarial school -- 18 years of age. You taught me the ropes in the legal profession. I was lucky enough to have started my career with someone as honest, professional and proficient as you. Thank you.
You were an unbelievable trial attorney. One I could watch for days, and I was lucky enough to do that at one of your large trials.
You could capture any audience in either a courtroom, a holiday party or just around the conference room table.
You will be so missed. You are a wonderful man. You will always be in my heart. God will take care of you now. God bless you.

Mr. reed was a customer when I worked at Citizens Bank. He was a very kind and generous man, in addition to being extraordinarily bright and an amzing author. He was, in short, a gentleman that I admired and I was saddened by his passing.
