Charles Donovan lived a life of love, faith and laughter. He was the mayor every where he went. People loved him as he was witty, sincere and honest. He was devoted to his wife, his kids, his grandkids and his great grandkids. It is an honor to be one of his 16 grandchildren. He served our country and served his family with strength and devotion.
