HABIN, David Of Marblehead, entered into rest on December 4, 2010 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Esther E. (Shube) Habin. Devoted father of Ruth Flore of NY, Lawrence Habin of Marblehead and Phyllis Phillips and her husband John of VT. Loving brother of Dorothy Katz of Lynn and the late Eudyce Perlmutter. Cherished grandfather of Joshua Flore and his wife Leah, Nicole Habin, Jill Severance and Rachel Severance as well as great grandfather to Michaela, Emma and Aliza Flore. Services at the Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin St., SALEM-SWAMPSCOTT line on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 12:00 Noon. Interment at Pride of Lynn Cemetery in Lynn. Memorial Observance will be held immediately following interment at David's late residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's memory to the Marblehead Festival of Arts, P.O. Box 331, Marblehead, MA 01945 orat www.marbleheadfestival.org. I knew of no man better than Dave Habin. He often made me feel just a little bit special in his life and that gave me great pleasure and confidence.....May God comfort his soul and bless his family.
