DAVID BERNARD SPIEGLER

SPIEGLER, David Bernard Age 91, of Chelmsford, MA, formerly of Lexington, MA, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Bear Mountain at Andover. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara G. (Weisberger) Spiegler; and his companion, Pamela Spiegel. Born in New York City, NY, he was the beloved son of the late Samuel Spiegler and Lillian (Kleiner) Spiegler. He graduated from Lafayette High School in Brooklyn, NY, with the Class of 1952. He is a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in meteorology. He retired as a Forensic Meteorologist and he previously worked for Mitre of Bedford, MA. David proudly served with the U.S. Army. He was a member of Congregation Shalom in Chelmsford, MA. He enjoyed racquetball, baseball and golf, and he was very active with his synagogue. David was a member of the National Meteorological Society and elected as a fellow. He is survived by his son, Stuart N. Spiegler of Kerville, TX; his daughter, Judy and her husband, Mark Shaw, of Chelmsford, MA; his grandchildren, Jonathan Spiegler and his wife, Crystal, Bridget and Brian Shaw; his brother, Allen and his wife, Cathy, of Boynton Beach, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
