DONALD HASKELL Obituary

HASKELL, Donald M. Of Franklin and Scituate passed away on April 16, 2015. Son of the late George and Julia (Ryan) Haskell. Beloved husband of Diane (Griffin) Haskell for 47 years. Devoted father of Kara L. Glamore and her husband William of Sydney, Australia; Neil D. Haskell and his wife Lisa (Lentini) of Franklin, Cherished grandfather of Dylan Glamore. Dear brother of George Haskell and his wife Eleanor of Needham, and the late Maryanne Zern, Carol Scanlan. Brother-in-law of Paul Scanlan, Barbara Kane, James O'Reilly and the late Dorothy O'Reilly, Joseph Kane, and Richard Zern. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Haskell was a graduate of Boston College, class of 1957, a member of the Scituate Yacht Club, and retired owner of Haskell Associates, Regional Sales Representatives for Designs For Vision, Inc. New York. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, SCITUATE on Wednesday April 22 from 4-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning April 23 at 10AM at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent Street, Scituate. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Don's memory to the Franklin Health and Rehabilitation Center-Activities, 130 Chestnut Street, Franklin, MA 02038.
