Although it is difficult at times to be so far away from family, I was blessed to have the opportunity to see Donald earlier this year, to laugh with him about old times, and to get a few hugs! I have such wonderful memories of time spent with him as he "advised" me on so many occasions, and as he taught me to dance. Mostly though, when I close my eyes, I see him smiling with that brilliant smile of his.
You will be missed, dear cousin.
Love,

To the Kimball Family:
My deepest sympathy goes out to you for your loss. I was lucky enough to spend a little time with Don just days before this tragic event. Every now and then during the course of a lifetime you meet someone who you are instantly comfortable with. Someone that you know will be there for you if you needed a friend or a favor, Don was that kind of guy and he will be missed.

Mark and Family,
It has been many years. I was sad to read of Donnie's death during my daily perusal of the online Globe "Irish Sports Page". Each day, I hope not to see my own name, there. I remember both you and Don from our younger, wilder days, back around '67, hanging out at Howdy's. Wow! Those were some days. The mixture of all those different groups of teenagers was special. My sincere condolences to you and Don's family. May the Angels of Dorchester watch over us all.
