The Lapines offer their heart felt condolences to Dot MacGillivray and family. Dr. MacGillivray was a pillar of society for Boston's north shore and a medical institution in and of himself, setting the pace in general surgery for the region. He was an only child only who certainly understood the value of family, as evident through his 13 children. Danvers and the north shore have lost a wonderful and compassionate man. A VIP in all aspects for sure. God bless you Dr. MacGillivray. Please give my dad a hug for me while both of you are making your medical rounds in heaven.
