Mr. Tuckerman,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USN during WW II as a "Tin Can Sailor" aboard the destroyer USS McCook(DD 496) which saw action supporting the D-Day landings at Normandy and southern France in 1944. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I will always remember Mr. Tuckerman greeting us at the door on Halloween, snow ball fights, and sledding! what a fun guy he was!!!

I was so sorry to hear of Ned's passing. I worked with Ned for several years. As a young scientist, I learned so much from him in those early dys. He was a talented technical person with great integrity. Please accept my sympathy
