SWEET, Elaine L. (Hung) Of Needham, passed away peacefully, at the age of 89, on September 30, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Frederick W. Sweet. Loving mother of Theresa A. Elder of Weymouth, Sandra L. Emery of Attleboro, Michael F. Sweet of Assonet, Jennifer E. Sweet of Danvers. Sister of her late brother Stephen (Bob) Hung of Wellesley. Grandmother to Robin Elder Watkins, Christopher Emery and Sara Elder; great-grandmother "Gigi" to Jackson, Beckett and Alaina Watkins. She will be remembered for her love of family and friends and serving her community, especially through Christ Episcopal Church of Needham and baking her legendary Christmas Cookies.
