Who says the first year is the hardest? This first day of the second year is no picnic either. We miss you so very much and I wish just to hear your voice saying "hi!". Patti and Michael took Becki to the closing of Filene's Basement in your honor. I think you not being there put them right out of business! Think about you always! You are so missed by all. Ken, Tim & Michael -

Mike and I are so sorry for your loss. BA was like a second mother to Mike. She always made Mike feel like one of her own sons and me as a daughter-in-law. I will never forget how warmly she welcomed me into your family. We loved it when she would call Collin her "grandson". She will truly be missed and family gatherings and holidays will never be the same. We will miss her dearly. God Bless!

To all of B.A.'s family,

I was so shocked and saddened when I heard BA passed away. My childhood would not have been nearly as fun or filled with laughter without her and all of your family. I am so sorry that I could not be there with you. Please know that today at 10:00 a.m., I will sing a song in my heart for BA as I would if I could be there with you. I send my love to you all and my thoughts of deepest sympathy.

To BA-

I will never forget the beautiful words you spoke to me on the steps of St. Francis church, I will miss you.

Love,

Bernadette

Dear Kenney: I want you to know that I will never, ever forget my little friend from the top of the street. It was so wonderful to have her in my life since birth...we even shared that...one week apart, Virgos, of course. One may meet hundreds of people during a lifetime; but the bond B.A and I had in childhood, playing, grammar school, and Jr. College, secrets, and just being together all the time, can't be matched and is priceless. I always thought we would grow much older together, but God had other plans. I know she will now be my guardian angel and I will certainly count on her for help. Kenney, I will call you. I want you to know some of the wonderful recent fun we had together. I am so grateful for that and for the card she sent me evening of Sept. 8; as I received it Sept. 9, a day I will never forget. I will keep her in my heart forever, never forgetting one minute of our 60 years of true loving friendship.

I am so priviledge to have had B.A as my very best friend. Thank you Betty Ann. I'll see you again and we'll be very happy. I love you. Vicki Duguie Holland.

Our heartfelt sorrow to the entire Quigley family on the loss of your beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and friend! There are those that will say that B.A. is in a BETTER place but I believe that B.A. is in a different place as there is no better place than in the arms of those who love her the most!

To family and friends of B.A. - There is not a person out there who did not have a smile on their face at the mention of her name. I also worked with B.A. at Hutchins and at a time when I couldn't keep my dog until I found a house and was frantic about it, B.A. was gracious enough to without hesitation keep it for me until I got situated. Me and my young sons will never forget that about her, she was just that kind of a person who touched a lot of lives and will be missed terribly. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.

Dear Ken, Michael, Tim, and the entire Quigley Family:

We are so sorry for your recent loss. B.A., as we knew her, was a beautiful, kindhearted woman with a joyful spirit. She was always smiling, and others felt that warmth from her. We are so grateful to have known her, and to have joined the Quigley Family. Over the past years we've all become so close, and I know that B.A. would find comfort in knowing that her children and grandchildren have their families to turn to during this sorrowful time. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. We love you and we will miss you B.A!

To the Quigley, Hanlon , Leonard, Terrio Family

I am so sorry for the loss of B.A. My heartfelt sympathy to all of you.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above. Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight. Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone. As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on. I need you here badly; you're part of my plan. There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight. God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears. But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain. Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er. I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb; but together we can do it by taking one day at a time. It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too... that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain." And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile, knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind; I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free, remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

To B.A.'s family and friends - I am so deeply saddened by this news. I just can't believe that someone with such vitality and lust for life is gone so soon. I just bumped into B.A. a few weeks ago walking down Summer Street and she had the same bright smile that I remember from working with her at Testa, Hurwitz. We hugged and talked about our grandchildren and said we should get together for lunch. Life is not fair, and is way too short. She was a wonderful, compassionate person, the likes of which we meet up with all too infrequently. I hope you know she was loved by all who came in contact with her. God bless her and all of you.

I am greatly saddened by the news of B.A's passing. She worked with me at Peabody & Arnold -- we both started here the same week and trained together. She was a wonderfully sweet and cheerful woman. She loved her family and spoke of them often. B.A. leaves fond memories for all those who knew her. May God Bless and Comfort You in Your Time of Sorrow.

To B.A.'s family, I'm am so sorry to hear about the death of B.A. I worked with BA at the Hutch. She was actually the first person that I sat next to when I went to work there. She was working for Mike at the time and I couldn't believe how busy she was with that big smile on her face. Who would have thought someone racing around could have been so so happy. I saw her recently on the train at Oak Grove and she was telling me all about the grandkids and how happy she was. She still loved working with Bill and I will always remember her that way, as a happy, cheerful, loving person.
