Dear Mum,
I can't believe it will be 4 years on the 4th of July.
I am happy for you being home with the Lord you so loved and you're back with dad and your mother and others.
I miss you so much and the strong prayers, you prayed with me over the phone, I miss the goodies you cooked for us when we came home from school, and all the visits you drove from Mass to Maine. you are so loved by so many and I feel the pain of your absence a lot. You were quite the Lady, and most of all quite the mother. I didn't really get to know my biological mother as I was young when she died. but you made up for so much. I love you so much and look forward to seeing you again one day when we all come home. Brian is doing well, he had his own business plumbing. they have 2 goldens and one on the way. they have all done well. Tristan will be getting his drivers license soon. he is 19 now. and Sarah is going to be 22 this month, Brian will be 50, and I will be 70 in just a couple weeks, We are all doing well. Miss and love you so much.
talk soon.

I can't believe it's been 3 years ago today, On the Fourth of July. that you went home to be with Our Lord and Dad, and all your family that went before you. You don't need fireworks in Heaven, the Lord Our God is bright enough. But I do remember going to the lake with you and Dad and Susan and Billy, to watch them many years ago. One of the high lights in my life with you. So many great memories I have of being with you. and all the years of prayer afterwards. You inspired me in so many ways. I miss you so much mum. I miss calling you and talking to you, and praying with you on so many occasions of my life. You were so much of a prayer warrior that so many would call on you for prayer. Quite the witness for Christ our Lord. I love you forever and look forward to the day we are together again in heaven with the Lord. My heart is full, cause you will always be there. I miss you so much. God is blessing you and rewarding you for all the work you did for him here on earth while you were here. I love and miss you. Until we see each other again. God has you in the palm of his hand. Your daughter Wendy

I can't believe It's almost a year since you went home to be with Jesus, I Miss you so very much, sometimes even pick up the phone to call you and remember your home now. You were the greatest mother anyone could have asked for. I may not have been your blood, but was your daughter just as much and you treated me so. Your wisdom and your love for all is so missed. Your prayers were genuine and strong. and I felt the Lords presents each time. What a wonderful servant you were for not just the Lord, but all of us. I love you forever and look forward to reuniting again with you one day. Love your (Daughter), Wendy

When I think of Etta I smile because she was such a loving and kind woman of God. When I first came to Trinity Evangelical Church in the old sanctuary she was one of the first people I met and she just wanted to help you and pray for you! She really listened and wanted to know how you were. Etta Gibbs you will always be in my memories and my heart! May you rest in peace in God's presence.
