I did not know Fran for long and did not always see eye to eye, but I will always remember her as highly intelligent, and profound without reflection on things that ended up taking me years to reach the conclusions that she just knew right away.

I am sorry for your loss David.

Dear David and Family,
Please accept my sincere condolences at Fran's passing.
It was such a pleasure getting to know you and your family while working with Fran on her thesis to "earn" one of her wonderful King Charles spaniels. We spent many hours together, both working and becoming friends. Unfortunately, we lost contact over the years.
Please know that she and you are thought of fondly, and she will be remembered with love.
