I always found Frank to be a hard worker who brought fresh ideas to any project. In the field, he always worked for prompt resolution of the problem at hand.
Frank often expressed his love and concern for his family.
He will be greatly missed by all those who were his friends and co-workers.
Peace,
Gordon Whitten

I worked many years with Frank both in Malden and N.Andover prior to my retirement in 1993. I was a regular member of the spirited lunchtime bridge games we used to play with Frank.
Please accept my deepest condolences.
