TEPERMAN, Gregory Husband, father, brother, grandfather, mentor and dear friend to many, passed away at age 98 on September 28, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Berta (Feldberg), his children Alex Teperman and Anna Rosenzweig, his brother Yefim Teperman and sister Sheyva Shpigel, and was a beloved grandfather to 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A survivor of the holocaust, Greg was born 1916 in Romania and immigrated to Boston, MA in 1978 from Russia. His memory is cherished by a long list of extended family members and friends. Funeral service will be at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St., BROOKLINE, on Monday, September 29th at 2 PM. Burial at Shara Tfila, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury. Memorial observance will be at the home of Alex & Debra Teperman on Monday only from 4-9 PM. I've just found such a sad info about a man i worked with in the Salad Time summer 1985 . Greg and his wife Berta were very gentle both , i learned a lot from him in the kitchen and we also could chat in russian as i studied in the USSR , i remember their daughter and the grand daughter who used to drop by from time to time . I still cherish those memories after so many years .Greg you'll be in my heart forever . Peter from Poland

A life to celebrate - I will miss Greg being next door in the summer. His enthusiasm for being here always lifted my spirits. He will be missed.
