IRENE E. FAVRET

1920 - 2018

FAVRET, Irene E. (Potts) 98, in Plymouth Harborside Healthcare, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Capt. Raymond E. Favret, BFD, who died in 1986. She was the daughter of James B. and Sarah (Sadie) (McDonald) Potts of Hyde Park. Irene was born in Roslindale, MA on July 12, 1920, the oldest of ten children. She leaves behind one sister, Edith Bonito of Foxboro. She is predeceased by nine siblings, James Potts, Robert Potts, Kathleen Shea, Francis Potts, Margie Scarpaci, John Potts, Fred Potts and Richard Potts. Irene was the mother of nine children. She was predeceased by twins Peter and Paul. She is survived by seven children, Raymond Favret and his wife Joanne of Florida, Richard Favret and his wife Cheryl of Bourne, Sandra Dellorco and her husband Tony of Franklin, Robert Favret and his wife Andrea of NC, Patricia Favret of Bourne, David Favret and his wife Cindy of Sandwich and John Favret and his wife Liz of CT. Irene was the grandmother of twelve children and the great-grandmother of eleven.

Irene has left us a legacy of wonderful memories of her kindness and thoughtfulness through the years. She will be remembered for the love and laughs she shared with us all.

Services will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a memorial service beginning at 3:00 pm at the Davis Funeral & Cremation Home, 619 State Road, PLYMOUTH (Manomet). For more information or to sign the online guestbook please, visit
