Jacob Swartz

SWARTZ, Jacob Former resident of Lowell, MA, entered into rest, November 14, 2010. He leaves his beloved family: two daughters, Selma Swartz Bromberg of Weston and Marilyn Swartz-Lloyd of Boston; his son-in-law, Tony Swartz-Lloyd of Boston; a granddaughter, Sarah Bromberg of Pittsburg and a grandson, Daniel Bromberg of Cambridge; one remaining sister, Edith Marks of New York, many nieces and nephews. He was the husband of the late Edith (Filler) Swartz with whom he was married for seventy years. He was the former owner of Jack's Used Cars and Parts in Lowell. Past president of the New England Wreckers Association. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Long Meadow Golf Club in Lowell, voted unanimously a Life Membership, also known to have won several championships. He held the club's lowest score of 66 for a long time. Jacob's funeral and Shiva will be private.
