Mr. McCourt,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country-first when you served with the U.S. Army during WW II and later with the U.S. Customs Service. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I'm sorry to hear of Dr McCourts passing. I met him thru my Mother Isobel McNamara who volunteered at the VA. She thought the world of him and after I returned from Vietnam and met him so did I. I'm so glad he lived a full life and helped so many . I've been a volunteer at the Long Beach VA in Cal for many years and understand his loyalty and dedication to other Vets. He was a Very Good Man. RIP Doc
