Jimmy and I worked on projects in Europe together and been friends since. When I last flew into Boston on business we met out by the airport and broke bread one last time.RIP and my condolences to the family and friends

Jim and I were roommates at UMass and had a lot of fun together. We tried to reconnect a couple of years ago but then Covid hit and it never happened.
My condolences to the Phelan family and all his friends. I'm sure you have many fond memories of Jim just as I do.

Jim was a great guy and we shared many a laugh over our jokes at Gannon, Rolly's and other spots around. I am shocked at hearing of his passing and offer condolences to his family.

I met Jim 25 years ago and we've been friends ever since. I've worked with Jim at 3 different companies, he was a mentor, a boss, a colleague, and most of all a great friend. I am deeply saddened by his passing and my condolences go out to the Phelan family.
He will be missed dearly!!!
