Jim (Jimmy) was a childhood friend. We were fierce whiffle ball rivals playing all summer in his driveway. My mother and his were good friends-and his brother Johnny was born just a few weeks before my sister Joanne and they commiserated together during and after their pregnancies. Jimmy was a funny kid. We had a lot of fun together as kids riding our bikes around the neighborhood. We once had our mothers pack us lunches and we rode to the Arnold arboretum. That was an adventure. Those were the good old days when kids could just be kids. We sort of lost touch when my family moved to Marshfield but did briefly reconnect several years later when his family vacationed there one summer. It´s too bad he left this world so young.

My brother Jimmy and I lived together in Florida for about 5 years and every day we would laugh together and all the fun and crazy times we had growing. Many many memorable stories. Love his brother Bobby.
