JOAN M. OLDAK

OLDAK, Joan M. (McLaughlin) Passed away peacefully at home on April 8, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Joan was born in Newburyport, MA and graduated from Newburyport High School in 1949. She met her late husband Walter F. Oldak, at one of her favorite places, the beach. She was the loving mother of Susan M. Oldak, the late Stephen F. Oldak, Nancy L. Stempler, her devoted son-in-law Andrew P. Stempler, and her beloved grand dog Tula. Joan was the youngest of a very large family, and she leaves behind numerous generations of nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly on both sides. She will be sorely missed by all. Visiting Hours will be April 18th, 2022 from 4-7 at the Keefe Funeral Home, Arlington, MA. A Mass of Celebration will be held on April 19th, 2022, 10:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church in Newburyport, MA., followed by Burial at St. Mary's Cemetery, also in Newburyport.
