I worked with John for over 20 years at Subaru of New England. I've grown along with him from his drumming days with Liquid Kaos to his recent hobbies of watching NASCAR and fishing down in Rhode Island. He was kind and caring, and had the amazing ability to get along with everyone. Though no words can adequately describe just what a great guy he was, it's the thoughts and emotions that live on with all of us that will keep him in our hearts forever. I'll never forget him, and I think of him often. Heaven is now a better place. God bless you.
Love your friend,
Robert Partridge

John was not only a great friend to me, but to many people. He was an all around good person, and an awesome drummer. The songs that he wrote with us will stay with me forever. We're going to honor your memory, my friend, with a special show for you on Friday, June 8th at 8 PM at the Midway Cafe.
You will always be remembered,
Mike (Liquid Kaos)

What i'm gonna miss most about John was his incredible laugh. I worked with John for 5 years and he treated me like a younger brother. Anytime i was down or just needed somebody to talk to John was there. I was a kid when i started at Subaru and John was the first adult that i could just talk to about anything. He was the coolest. I will never forget you brother. Keep on ROCKIN' Jimmy

John... I can still see your smiling face now. We will miss you at Subaru. Our years there (all 18+ of them) fly by fast. You were a quiet person, but so very nice and friendly, and such a pleasure to know and to work with. You will never be forgotten and will always remain in the hearts of your friends...

JC, what can I say about such a great and true friend. You are one of the few people in life who actually enjoyed it. I have been thinking back to when we first met down behind Healy field pool and just clicked right away. I remembered how you & I use to love going to sleep over you dad’s house and go over to the bowling alley and play games all night. Life was so simple! After reading the entire posting before, you touched everyone the same way in life you ever meet. You will be sadly missed in this world!

When I was hired at Subaru, they said John and I would get along great. Both of us being drummers and music fans, they were right. However, John would get along with everyone. I'll miss his conversation and musical insight.

John was a good friend of mine and will be greatly missed. I played in bands with John for many years and there was no one better at the drums. John was a solid man who never said a bad word about anyone. May God welcome him with open arms.

I met John just about a year ago at the sad passing of his brother and my neighbor, Ed Cannata.
John was such a kind and gentle man. And he had such a beautiful smile. Sorry for all your pain and suffering, Dearest John. Go forth and be with your buddy, Eddie, in heaven. We miss you both!

john,my good buddy we used to go to shows at the middle east, the paradise, and bigger shows at great woods and harborlights;some great shows, some not so great, and your candid and honest opinions on all of them always made me look at certain aspects of the concerts from a different angle.I thought i was a music person until i hung out with you.I'll remember you as the honest,good-natured guy that you were,a class act all the way.God Bless Bill Davis

I worked with John for over six years and enjoyed every minute with John. His ability to give us a laugh and make the day a pleasure will always be my memory of him. His battle against his illness was courageous and inspiring. He has gone too soon and I will miss him.

I worked with John for nearly 20 years @ Subaru of New England. John was well liked by everybody. John liked music, hockey, and cars, but he surprised and impressed me in recent years when I found out his interests included fishing and racing. He frequented the car races at Seekonk Speedway, and when I told him that my Father-in-law used to race there, he looked up a website I gave him and investigated the history of the track. John continued to impress me the way that he battled his illness like a warrior. Thanks for the memories John, we'll miss you very much.

My Deepest sympathy goes out to you. John was a great person; I will think of him often whenever I see a sports car with no emblems or anytime I go fishing on the bridge over the barrington river.
