John married Jane Pate and myself while he was still attending Yale Divinity School in 1951.
Climbing Mt. Washington with John and other Randolph club members was most invigorating and, sometimes, challenging.
Particularly enjoyable was Josie and John's hospitality in their beautiful Randolph home with the wonderful view of Mr. Madison and Mr. Adams.
It was a great privilege to count John Eusden as a friend.

Farewell, my everlasting friend & whom I considered my second dad. Words cannot express the total scope of emotions that joins the emptiness of my heart. Be at rest from your earthly work. I look towards the promise of seeing you again in Our Lords Kingdom ,along with the others that has passed . Till then you shall always be in my heart. I love you ,dearly .
