Dear Joan and Bob,

We offer our condolences to you and your family. We were so saddened to hear of Jack's passing yesterday. The girls and I will miss seeing him every morning and saying "Hi Jack, bye Jack" as we leave the house. Take comfort in knowing that he is in a better place now. Let us know if you need anything.
