HINES, John J. "Jack" Age 71, of Mansfield, formerly of Foxboro and Hyde Park. December 31, 2018. Husband of Kathleen M. (Broderick) Hines. Father of Kelly A. (Hines) Walsh of Foxboro and Josh D. Hines of Hanover. Brother of Mary R. Alexander of Georgia, Karen A. Moran of Florida and the late Gerard M. Hines, Jr. and Francis X. Hines. His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 7th at 10:00 A.M. in Saint Mary's Church, 58 Carpenter St., Foxboro. Burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 12:45 P.M. Visiting hours on Sunday, January 6th from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., MANSFIELD. Jack & I worked together for many years as mechanics. He was a great guy to work with, always knew how to make you laugh. Also wasn't afraid to tell you the truth even if you didn't necessarily like it.

I will miss him as a friend for his honesty & great sense of humor.

Rest my friend. I will see you again in the after life.
