MONTELLA, Joseph C. U.S. Navy Veteran Age 87, of Norfolk, Massachusetts, formerly of Westwood, MA, passed away quietly on February 14, 2024, surrounded by family. Joseph is survived by his wife, Teresa, with whom he shared 63 wonderful years of marriage; and three children, Joseph, Michael, Mark and his wife, Caryn; and six grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Ryan, Shawn, Michele and Danielle. He is also survived by his sister, Susan Saia and brother, David Montella. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Joseph's Visitation on Monday, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common St., WALPOLE. All are invited to gather in the funeral home on Tuesday, at 9:00 am, prior to his Mass of Christian Burial, that will be celebrated at 10:00 am, in Saint Jude's Church, 86 Main St., Norfolk. Interment will take place privately at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Joseph's name may be made to the Dementia Society of America, P.O.
