PULITANO, Joseph V. Of Punta Gorda, FL, on May 21, after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Husband of the late Ellen (Maher). Beloved father of Ann Louise and William "Billy" Cardello of Everett, Dominic and Shari Pulitano of Delray Beach, FL. and the late Joseph Pulitano, Jr. Cherished grandfather of William "BJ" Cardello of Everett. Devoted companion of Virginia Stoddard of Punta Gorda, FL. Brother of the late Vickie McBride, Annette Slayton and Carl Martino. Funeral from the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Friday morning at 9. Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, Broadway, Everett at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 p.m. Interment Private. Late retired U.S. Merchant Marine. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Italian Home for Children, 1125 Centre St., Jamaica Plain, MA 02130, would be sincerely appreciated. Papa Joe & family,
The sadness is overwhelming, I thought you would live forever because you were such a strong and good man. You loved your family and accepted us as the same. Had a lot of great times with you and loved you like my own Dad. Hopefully, you are in a better place, say hi to the boys for me. Those of us left behind have the hardest time, you will be missed...
