Uncle Joe you were one of the greatest!!! I don't know if you knew but me and all my siblings looked up to you as a grandfather and you were always there as one! such an inspiration. so strong and brave through your whole battle with cancer. You were an amazing father, husband, friend, uncle ....amazing at everything you did! You were awesome to my family! Loved your cooking, (the best ribs and salad i have ever had). I will miss your smirk and stories but will always remember! I am sad that your gone but find comfort i knowing you are no longer suffering. You are up in heaven now watching down on all of us with my Papa and Uncle Mike and all your other siblings. I LOVE YOU and miss you. I will never forget you and you willforever be in my heart! Thanks for everything you did and you really were one of a kind!
Love,
your neice Liz

Uncle Joe...you were always more to me then just an uncle you filled the shoes of so many of your brothers who left us before their time especially my Papa Mike. You meant the world to me, you were so good to everyone and that is what I hope to do so I can make you proud. You were such a wonderful guy. They don't make them like you anymore. Rest in Peace...you have showed us how...we will take it from here. Love you and Miss you

Joe, had a ministry of caring and serving the people of Canton. Joe's wife, Pat, was his compass over this long 5 yr. journey with his illness and all that Joe did could never have been accomplished alone. Thank you Pat for supporting Joe in all that he did for Canton. Thank you for sharing him with all of the children and senior citizens of the town. You both improved the quality of their lives and made Canton a special place to live.

Mrs Uliano and family,
My condolences to your family.
I just met Joe, this past November 2009. Joe was a true man and a very caring man. Back in July 2010 when he made a visit to the Canton Recreation Dept, I asked him for a hug, I got that hug and told him that he gave great hugs and he put his arms out to give me another one. I will always remember that hug,and all the memories I was so cherished to have of Joe. That is what we all have, memories. Now, the brightest star in the sky is Joe looking over all of us with that wonderful and beautiful smile we will all remember.
