I worked with Josh in DYS. He served our youth for decades as he modeled himself to youth in the Juvenile Justice System. He was one of those people that left his mark on the system with all of the lives that he affected. I´ll never forget that whenever he showed up for his shift he would be the only staff member wearing dress shoes, dress slacks and a dress shirt. Always showing our youth what they could become... you will be greatly missed as a man and a friend.
