As her orthodontist, I saw Julia develop from a bright eyed young girl to a wonderful, special young lady. Julia lit up the room (and the world) with her smile and bright blue eyes. She was courageous, capable, beautiful and kind. Her spirit was strong. A great friend. Loved by all. May her memory bring joy to all who knew her.
