KEVIN B. MCAULIFFE

McAULIFFE, Kevin B. Age 80, of East Wareham, died Friday, June 10, 2022 at his home. He was the husband of the late Claire C. (Burns) McAuliffe. They had been married for 60 years. Born in Boston, the son of the late Paul J. and Helen V. (Bailey) McAuliffe, he moved to his home in East Wareham in 1973 where he lived for 49 years. Mr. McAuliffe was the owner and operator of T & K Painting in Boston for many years. Mr. McAuliffe was a member of the Wareham/New Bedford Lodge of Elks #73 in Wareham, and the Sunset Bocci Club in Readville. He enjoyed gardening and cooking. He is survived by his children, Michelle Ann (McAuliffe) Dickerson and her husband Donald of Orange Co., CA, Kevin Michael McAuliffe of Wareham, Timothy Patrick McAuliffe of Falmouth, Michael Francis McAuliffe of Quincy; his siblings, Pauline Bohane of Yarmouth, and Gerard McAuliffe of Taunton; his grandchildren, Brianna Nichole McAuliffe, Allicen Paige Dean, Dakota Myles Dickerson, Kaylee Marie McAuliffe, Skyler Claire Dickerson, Nicholas Michael McAuliffe, Emma Christine McAuliffe, and Aiden Patrick McAuliffe; his great-grandchildren, Sophia Ella-Rose Callahan, Chloe Mae Callahan, and expected Parker James. Also surviving are Debra Lee Tropeano, Kaylee's mom and Tabatha Ann Diggins, Emma, Aiden and Allicen's mom. He was predeceased by his son, Robert Paul McAuliffe and his sister, Barbara McAuliffe. Mr. McAuliffe was also close to his late mother in-law, Claire Louise Burns and the Burns family. Visiting Hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022, at Chapman Funerals & Cremations – Wareham, 2599 Cranberry Hwy. (Rt. 28), WAREHAM. His Funeral will be from the funeral home on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 9 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, High St., Wareham, at 10 AM. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
