Dear Amy,
Your mom was always one of our favorite teachers. We were so lucky to have her as our class advisor for LHS Class of 1993. She was always so proud of you. Please know I have been thinking of you.

To all of you,
I am so sorry. As the parent of one of Linda's more challenging students once told her, she was a "beacon of light." She loved well and was well loved. My heart and prayers are with you always.

Amy and Shaun,
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I have fond memories of your mother from time spent at your house. I remember sneaking into her room at LHS when I needed a "Mrs. Walker hug." She will truely be missed by all of us who were touched by her. May the wonderful memories of your mother support you in this trying time. Love to you both.

R.I.P. Mrs. Berard. You really met a lot to me and I would not have graduated high school if it wasn't for you. You were a really special person in my life and I will remember you for as long as I live.

Linda's keen sense of humor and ability to make her students responsible for his or her success while always advocating for each student made her such a special educator. Linda's love for her family and friends was always in the fore front of her life. Kindness and gentleness to all her family.
