Somehow I know Bunny will hear my words, so here goes. From my earliest recollections Bunny and Leon (I know he had a nickname and can't remember it) were palling around with my folks. We were so lucky to share family fun times at Bow Lake, a major treat for the Corey kids. First we lost Leon and then my mother. Bunny moved to Del Ray Beach, where she was close to another wonderful friend Ruthie Hewitt. I was fortune enough to be able to continue my friendship with Bunny as an adult and visited her in Florida. When she returned to Massachusetts she chose a special "retirement" spot, where my Dad and step mother lived. I was able to talk with Bunny frequently on the telephone and visited with her when in Massachusetts. She was a brave lady when it came to be challenged by the loss of her eyesight. Always ready with a kind word and a smile, even though on the telephone I could not see her. Christmas cards were exchanged for a mere thirty plus years. I will forever treasure our times together and I miss her now.

"Aunt" Bunny taught me to "tap dance" when I was about 5 years old. She was a special lady and a very good friend of my late mother, Helen Meader Corey. Love and prayers to her family. Nancy Corey Kirkendall

To you all, Aunt bunny will be greatly missed I learned growing up from my Nana blood does not make you a family member even though not related she was and always will be my Aunt Bunny. May she find lots of laughs with Nana in heaven. Love and God Bless you all, Ruthanne
