Marc was liked and admired by everyone that had the opportunity to know him. Nancy and I know how much you and Marc did for Mom and Dad. No one did more.
I have nothing but fond memories of Marc. What a wonderful legacy it is for him to have earned the love, respect and admiration of so many people.

Always,

Dear Rita, Steve, Gogie, Dana, and family,
Our heartfelt sympathy to you and your loved ones. Marc really was such an amazing person. The times I had spent with Marc were always met with some sort of laughter over something silly. Such a kind, caring person who will be missed. We are thinking of you and your family at this sad time. Love, Larry and Tina

Rita,
I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Marc, I was planning on coming home for the wake but the weather, was not good and I would of been stuck in Mass..
Just a little note that growing up when I was little Marc was one of my mentors a really really special Uncle, he would wake me up at 4:00 in the morning and take me fishing in that little boat with Uncle Dave, and then the times working with my father when they would play pranks on each other and on my father. I am really glad I got to see Marc awhile ago when I was home with the kids and xwife. My prayers and thoughts are with you and the kids. God Bless Love David Erskine

I am deeply saddened by the passing of my Uncle Marc. He always had a big smile and a warm greeting for me whenever we saw each other. His terrific sense of humor was a major source of fun at our family gatherings. I will miss him. My thoughts and sympathy now go out to my Aunt Rita and the cousins I love so much, Steve, Rita and Dana

Marc truly lived life to the fullest, appreciating and embracing life until his final moments. Some people succumb to illness and allow it to transform them and their approach to life. Marc chose to be stronger than his illness. He chose to remain unconditionally committed to life. This is probably why, even though I knew he has been sick, his death seems so abrupt and unreal to me... He never allowed himself to be portrayed as “dying”. Truly, Marc was “living” until his final moments, something which is rare to find and truly inspiring.
Marc did not allow illness to deter him from his commitment to his values either. He is the perfect example of someone who selflessly used his knowledge, skills and above all else his heart to help others. Whenever I recall difficult times, I always picture Marc there. Specifically, I recall the time when my mother’s appendix burst and I was called to the hospital... Marc was there. Also, I recall times when I would visit Papa including during his final days... Marc was there.
He was generous and kind in subtle ways as well. I can picture him smiling and saying “Hi Missy” as I walked into the room at a family party. He was always one of the first people to greet me. Being such a shy person, this meant a lot. Marc was pretty hilarious as well. I remember one time Haley was talking about her school work and he made some crack about whether they had covered quantum physics yet.
I knew Marc was sick all these years but he never ever made it apparent, always smiling, joking and just being a kind, good person. This is an incredible loss, and my heart goes out to the Mohr family. I love you Uncle Marc, and thank you for being you.

Marc Mohr was loved by so many. He was the type of Man who was there for anyone, anytime and he always had a kind spirit about him. There are 2 many memories to count. Marc was there for me during the most difficult time in my life: to listen, offer advice, and to just be an amazing UNCLE. I will never forget Uncle Marc and he is forever in my HEART. I pray for the entire MOHR and TOWLE Family as we will always love and Miss Marc Mohr.
