To all the Athy children, your mother was a generous neighborhood mother who always smiled and had the door open to others.I can still see her sitting in that kitchen on Trinity Ave . I loved being in your home as a young girl, and going shopping with my mom and your in the big station wagon. Your mom always gave me cookies and milk, I loved that about her. It didn't matter how many kids she had ,there was always room for one more. We have been very lucky to have nice mothers in our lives for so many years. Thinking of you all with warm memories.
