Millie was the best mother-in-law a guy could ever have. She was funny, loving, supportive, smart, generous and progressive. Near the end, we had an understanding: I would pray for her peaceful death, and once in Heaven, she would put in a good word for me. I did, and I know she will.

Len and I were so sad to hear this news. Mrs. H was always so warm and loving and always had a big hug for us. We have wonderful memories of singing Irish songs in the kitchen of Valley Street. It is so sad at this time we can't be with you all to give you a hug.
