I knew Paul when I first moved to Minneapolis; we were next door neighbors. He loved to have wild parties, especially around Halloween. He was quite an influence on me in ways he may never have suspected. I saw then the core of his faith that served him to come in the years down the road. I am so sorry to hear that he passed away and more saddened to hear that it was 7 year battle; I hope that he did not have too much pain. My prayers go out to your family and to the eternal soul of a unique man I have never forgotten.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Paul Morell. I knew Paul from his days at the Catholic Youth Center in Minneapolis. Our group of friends had such fun...especially at his costume parties on Halloween. Paul was a wonderful person and one who will be remembered with fondness and love. I'm sorry I never got to meet Tahni, Julia, Michael and Matthew, but know you were blessed to have Paul as a great husband and father. You are in my prayers.
